The decision to partake of plant/animal medicine during the medicine ceremonies is entirely up to you. Each individual's journey is unique, and there is no obligation to engage in the experience if it doesn't align with your personal beliefs, needs or comfort levels. Respect for personal boundaries and autonomy is crucial, and it's perfectly acceptable to decline the offer if you feel uncertain or unready to explore states of consciousness. The retreat experience can be enriching and transformative regardless of whether you choose to take plant/animal medicine or not.

Preparing for a plant/animal medicine retreat involves mindful choices, and one effective way to do so is by adopting a vegan diet for at least five days prior to arrival. Embracing a plant-based diet allows the body to cleanse and detoxify, promoting physical and mental clarity. By eliminating animal products, processed foods, and potential allergens, participants create an optimal environment for plant/animal medicine to work its transformative magic. This intentional approach not only supports a deeper connection with nature but also nurtures the body, enhancing the overall potential for a profound and transformative retreat experience.
We will provide you with a preferred food list, but essentially maintaining a plant-based vegan diet leading up to the retreat at least three days prior is ideal.
